CARDZ TV Christmas in July Challenge

The CARDZ TV challenge is Christmas in July. Make a card using a Hand Stamped, Digital Stamp, or Cricut cut of Snowman image or Snowflake image. I went with a Snowman and used snowflake PP. I think it turned out cute. I might use this cute card for my niece for Christmas..she will get a kick out of getting her own personal Christmas card. Sorry the lighting is different in these pics, it was Raining here all day..I had no natural Light, so I had to use my OttLite.

Cooking With Cricut #95 Buttons & Brads

This week at My Paper Craft World the Cooking with Cricut challenge this week is Buttons & Brads. You had to use Buttons and or Brads on your project. I made a Very Cute Baby card. I'm going to save this for a Girl Baby shower. I love the touch of buttons..and that I found a super cute flower shaped one to place on the onesie. PDDU Episode 13..Last Post for PDDU Series

This is the last week for our PDDU Series. I had lots of fun working with this cart. Along the way it was hard on some of the pages to come up with a project, but I did it. Some were not my style, but hey its good to try out different styles. This final week we all had page 78. We started the series with a tag, we are ending with a tag. This tag has to be Summer theme. I changed it up and did a round tag. Something fun and different. Reminds me of a Beach Ball!! I hope all those that stopped by enjoyed the Series and got some fun ideas.

To my teammates during PDDU Kristie, Dawn, and our Awesome leader Agnes..I had a Blast playing along, and seeing all your awesome projects. It was nice meeting you thru the blog world Kristie & Dawn. I Feel The Love-July/Cooking With Cricut #94

This month for I Feel The Love the project is to make Birthday cards for Sheffield Place. Sheffield Place is a home for homeless mothers and their children. For my project I made 4 birthday cards. PDDU Episode 12

For this week in our PDDU Series I had page 74. I wanted to make a simple Christmas card. We all know if we hand make our Christmas cards we want them to be simple and easy to put together. I love using kraft CS..you put one solid color on it and it just pops. I used the Sleigh on my page. Who knows I may end up using this for my cards this Christmas. Be sure to stop back next week, it will be our last week for the PDDU Series!!

Cooking With Cricut #93 Happy Birthday, USA!

This week over at My Paper Craft World..the Cooking With Cricut Challenge this week was Happy Birthday, USA!! Use Red, White, and Blue to make something for USA's Birthday!! I made a simple little card it is 4" x 4" You can use this as a Thank You to those that came to a July 4th BBQ or even for an Invite for next years big July 4th BBQ. So simple and Fun. I might actually use something like this for my families big July 4th party we have, send these out as invites. I think Family & Friends will love it. Plus a great reminder for the party.

For this week I had page 70..Okay the rules for us this week was Red, White, Blue, and what other color you needed. Well my page is no where being close to 4th of July theme, red, white, and blue. So I had this thought an drew it out and remembered I had this Fireworks PP. It's not my best card, but it's not my worse. Am I fan of it..ehh, not really. However I love the girl dressed up as a Bee, and the wagon full of flowers. Bees are everywhere in the Summer, and they happen to be one of my favorites. That also happened to be one of the dress up items I had. It turned out cute, but I could have done better ;)

Cooking With Cricut #92 It's HOT Outside!!

For this week over at My Paper Craft World..the Cooking With Cricut challenge this week was It's HOT Outside!! Boy did they get that right..it's so HOT. I feel for all the people who still don't have power from last Fridays big storm. Here where I live the power kicked on and off, but we didn't lose it. A lot of people in our area won't get it back til July 8th. I feel so bad for them in this heat. I'm also feeling for the men & women who are working hard to get the power back up and running. The other day coming back from a quick trip, we passed well over 50 Alabama Power trucks coming to help here in Ohio. I pray that the power comes back on for everyone and soon. My project is a card..when I think of HOT summers I think of the Beach, being out on the sand soaking up the sun, and running into the ocean to cool off. So I made this simple Seashore card. It could also be used as a cute wall saying if made bigger or leave the size it is. Simple card, on this HOT July 3rd day.
