Polka Dot Birthday

Here is a card I made for my Dear Friends little girl, who will be turning Two next month. I can't believe she will be two already..time sure does fly by. I don't get to see her that much since she lives 100's of miles away from me. So I really don't know what she is into. I do know that Polka Dots are always cute for a girl and it's really big in the state she lives in. They are always putting it on something. I think it turned out cute..however that is not blue it is Purple. Not sure why purple shows up blue in my pics. I can take it with my phone and it still turns out blue. I wish I would have added more purple dots to the bottom.

I Used:
Best Occasions cardstock- from walmart
P-Schoolbook-Circles 3/4" to 1 1/2"
Pooh Font- #2 Marker/Marker Shadow 4 1/4"
Cuttlebug folder- Happy Birthday
SU Dimensionals
Black Sharpie pen for faux stitching
A2 size card
*the inside I did a lot of the purple dots to make up for not so many on front of card.

I Hope all those that live on the East Coast who will be effected by Irene Stay Safe!! Thinking of You!

Hugs, Sheena

New Arrival cart- Plane 2 1/4"
White layer behind the cuts is 3"x 2 1/2"

Yummy Chicken Etti (recipe share)

Ingredients

Before Baked

Baked...Still Bubbly Hot!!

Here is a recipe I came across by being a fan of the Duggar's..this is Anna Duggar's Chicken Etti recipe. I Have made some changes to the recipe though. When I was searching for her recipe I would always type in Chicken Etti and would get back in the search Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti. So I think it can be either. But I'm sticking with what Anna calls it :)

Chicken Etti

Ingredients:
1 can Rotel-Original (if you want it spicy you can get the Mild or Hot)

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

1 cup Milk

16 oz block Velveeta Cheese

1 package Spaghetti noodles (or other style noodle, we like Penne)

3 Chicken Breast or 2 cans Chicken

2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (can use bread crumbs instead of the cheese)

Cooking Instructions:
Cook Chicken thoroughly, slice into chunks. Cut Velveeta cheese into chunks. Combine first Four Ingredients into a microwavable bowl. Heat in microwave an stir until Cheese is melted. Milk may be more or less depending on if you want Sticky or Runny sauce. Boil Spaghetti & drain. Pour noodles in 9x13 baking pan. Add chicken and pour on the Cheese sauce & mix. Top with Mozz cheese or bread crumbs. Place in oven at 350 until cheese melts.

**My Notes** When I first made this recipe I used 5(five) chicken breast(we love chicken). Than I started to just use the cans of chicken, much easier and less clean up. I break the chunks of chicken in the can up cause some of them can be really big. I also use a little less than a cup of Milk..we like our sauce sticky. I don't use the Mozz cheese..too me it's too much cheese. I used bread crumbs now, but forgot to put them on this time when I cooked this..not sure where my mind was..hehe. I love the leftovers the next day..even better..YUM!! I make this at least once a month. It is a favorite in my home.

**I have used Store brand products for this recipe many times and it taste just the same as with name brand products. While at the store this time they were sold out of some of the store brand items I would have used :)

Enjoy!!
