Challenge Cooking With Cricut #59

Here is my card for Cooking With Cricut challenge this week. The project was Fruits, Cornucopia or a Harvest Time theme. I just went with it on this card. I love using pattern papers for cuts, just to change it up from being plain paper. At first I didn't have the green pattern paper behind the turkey, but the orange pattern paper for the feathers blended into the yellow gold background paper.

I Used/ Recipe:
DCWV PP-Flower Shower stack (Fruits & Feathers)
Cloud 9 Design PP - Specialty 2011
Cloud 9 Design PP- Seasonal 2010 (yellow gold background)
Wausau cardstock
PDDU cart- pg.63 Accessory 3 Cornucopia 5"
CAC cart- Turkey 2 3/4" --Leaves 3/4"
From My Kitchen cart- pg.71 Fruit 1" and 1 1/4"
CTMH Ink-Clover Meadow, Desert Sand, Holiday Red, and Orange
SU Dimensionals
Happy Thanksgiving-Printed off
A2 card

  2. Sheena,

This came out SO cute! I LOVE how your patterned paper and the colors all blend just finely! I LOVE the turkey...he is one of my favorite cuts. :) I know when I quilt I have a time trying to pick out just the right colors....this same problem has followed me into the world of paper crafting!! LOL Thanks so much for playing along with us at Cooking With Cricut!!
