Here is my entry for the Alphabet Challenge Blog this week the letter was "U" the challenge was to make anything card, layout, decor etc. that had something that goes Up in the Air. For my card I used balloons to make a little birthday card tag. Very simple..especially if you are needing a lot of little birthday cards.
I Used:
Wausau cardstock
Birthday Bash cart- Balloons 3 3/4"
Martha Stewart black felt tip marker
not sure brand of stamp..it was one of my first stamp sets I bought at J's
SU Ink
*this card is 4"x 5"
** you really wouldn't have to use a envie for this..you could always punch a hole in one of the corners an tie it to a birthday gift with some pretty ribbon.
Thanks for looking & all the Great comments!
Hugs, Sheena
A place to share projects I make with my Cricut E, Explore, Updates on Little Man, Recipes here and there, and maybe some beauty products I love.

Here is my weekly card and also entry for the Alphabet Challenge Blog this week the letter was "T" and you had to use a Tree on any kid of project, card, layout etc. This is my first time entering this Alphabet Challenge. For my inspiration for the card I had this picture in my head of a really big tree out in a field with flowers scattered around...If I am able to set down an take a break under a tree I would like to relax with a good book or magazine. So I placed a little book under the tree. I guess I should of placed a Kindle or some kind of e-reader..haha since everyone is into those now.
I Used:
DCWV pattern paper- Flower Shower Stack
Wausau Cardstock
Create A Critter- Tree 3 1/4"

I free hand the grass area
CTMH Ink-Ponderosa Pine, Clover Meadow
the flowers are the left over after using a hole punch

Everyday life post...
Hey friends..sorry I haven't been posting cards or comments. Tomorrow I will have a simple St. Patty's day card up. I figured I go ahead an make this post tonight so my post won't be so long tomorrow.
Ever since last Friday I have been glued to the TV..I can't seem to step away from all the news coverage of the Japan earthquake/tsunami...it breaks my heart. Prayers go out to Japan. I know myself I think what can I do to help...I donated by text REDCROSS to 90999, $10 will be added to your next phone bill. I know its not much, but anything will help..I know they keep saying on the news Japan really don't need money..but this money can go towards buying food, water, clothing, and shelter. Also freekibble.com is making dog/cat food donation and Ellen is going to match that with her brand pet food Halo. So if you have facebook..search freekibble an take the little survey they have and that will help donate to our animal friends :)
Onto my everyday life..well me an my sweetie have gotten into putting puzzles together..we set a limit of pieces 1000..Since we don't have a big enough table(apartment is too small for a table, well not really we just use the area where a table should be for a computer room)..anyway we have the puzzle on the floor on the foam board that folds(school projects boards). Well sitting on the floor for long periods of time I do not recommend. For the past 3 days my shoulders, neck an upper back have hurt so bad..I know its from sitting weird on the floor. How I know this is cause well...I would sit on the floor an work on the puzzle for 4 hours an not even know that I have been sitting there that long..I laugh cause I should know better..from the days before I had a little desk to do my crafting..I always had to sit on the floor. Late yesterday an today it hasn't been so bad. I been putting a heating pad on the pain area and taking Bayer Back & Body extra strength..it really works :) plus I haven't messed with the puzzle since the pain started..so with all that going on I haven't sat down at my craft desk to make anything. I told my sweetie if I work on anymore puzzles a fold up card table will have to be bought. :) So hopefully I can get back into the swing of things. Hope everyone is having a great week and I hope you all have a great St. Patty's day tomorrow.
Lots of HUGS, Sheena

March Week 1 "Spring"
Hello everyone..sorry my card is a little late this week. I had a rough weekend..I really wasn't in a mood to make any cards...I tried to make something for My Pink Stampers challenge where you had to use a feathered friend, but nothing was turning out the way I wanted..my mind was else where. The card I made today was a real simple/quick Spring card..it could be used to send a note to a dear friend just to say "hello"
I Used:
Wausau cardstock
Bazzill cardstock
DCWV The Dots, Stripes, & Plaids stack-pattern paper
P-Schoolbook cart-Flower cut at 3", Circle cut at 1"-both these are the shadow feature
Easter 2010 cart-Spring-I cut the flourish on the "S" off..cut at 1 3/4"
White gel pen-Went to use my gel pen an discovered I didn't put the cap back on from the last time I used it..so it took a bit to get the ink to flow again
A2 size card
Thanks for Looking an the great comments!
